Not because of one model or one company. Because for the first time, intelligence is something we can build with.

Who I Am
Two decades building AI, data, and automation organizations across industries most people never connect.
Startups, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, hospitality, and the defense industry. What follows is what I’ve learned along the way, and what I’m still working through.
Philosophy
I think we’re living through one of those moments people will study fifty years from now.
Not because of ChatGPT.
Not because of one company or one model.
Because, for the first time, intelligence is becoming something we can build with.
Every major shift in technology has changed how we work. AI is different. It’s changing how we think about work itself.
But here’s what I believe that sometimes gets lost in all the excitement.
AI isn’t the advantage.
People are.
AI will never fix a broken culture. It won’t create trust where none exists. It won’t magically organize bad data, eliminate poor leadership, or give an organization clarity of purpose.
What it will do is amplify whatever you’re already capable of becoming.
That’s why I spend as much time talking about data, architecture, governance, and operating models as I do AI. They’re not separate conversations. They’re the foundation that determines whether AI becomes transformational, or just another expensive experiment.
The organizations that win won’t be the ones with the biggest models.
They’ll be the ones willing to rethink how they learn, how they decide, and how they lead.
And that’s what excites me.
I’m not interested in building technology that impresses people for five minutes.
I’m interested in helping build organizations that are fundamentally smarter tomorrow than they are today.
Because AI isn’t the destination.
It’s the catalyst.
What we choose to build with it, that’s what history will remember.
